What you actually pay a provider, where you negotiated something. Token rows are priced from each vendor's published card unless an agreement here says otherwise; the agreement is entered, because no vendor API reports what you signed.

- The window priced from your agreements where they apply, and the card everywhere else.
- At published rates
- The same window priced entirely from the cards, for the comparison.
- The difference
- The two, subtracted. What the agreement is worth over this window.
- Priced by
- Per provider: the card, your rate, or your rate per model.
What you do here
- Enter a discount off the card, or your own per-million rates; a field left empty stays at the card's.
- The whole window re-prices, back through its history, and no record is rewritten.
- Check it against the bill on Connect: reconciliation is what proves a rate right.
