Views
A named part of the estate with its own channel: a team, a workflow, a provider. It changes what a screen shows and where an alert goes, never a figure, and it is not a permission.
Every figure, and how it is computed
- What it covers
- Its filters, said plainly. Two values inside one filter are an or; two filters are an and.
- What it cost
- The window's spend inside the view. The same arithmetic the estate uses, over fewer records.
- Who hears about it
- Its own Slack or Teams channel, or the organization's; its own mail list, or the owners and admins.
- Covered
- The share of the ledger inside at least one view.
What you do here
- Name a part of the estate and give it the channel its lead already reads.
- Open Spend inside a view: every total, share and comparison is the view's own.
- What watches runs over each view and says so separately, so the same spike reaches the right lead once.
